By downloading and using Bible Widget ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA, this Terms of Use document, and applicable laws.
Bible Widget offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features. Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple ID. Subscription length, price, and renewal terms are shown on the paywall before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the regular rate if not canceled before the trial ends.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple and follow Apple's refund policy. You can request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history.

The AI Chat feature is not a substitute for medical, psychological, spiritual, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services. Bible translations included in the App are either in the Public Domain or licensed under Creative Commons (CC-BY-SA). Attribution for CC-licensed translations is provided in Settings → Attribution.
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
